I put it over my lipstick, and it stayed on all day long! It did not dry my lips out, either. It gave my lips just a little extra shimmer, and it locked in my lipstick, too. I even tried it by itself, and it looked great, too! I just could not believe it could stay on so long, and not look or feel bad on my lips. This is an absolute steal!
