HOW DO I BECOME A MEMBER?

Membership is open to all working and student makeup artists. To apply, please visit katvondbeauty.com/pro-program to submit an application with your credentials. We want to give all of our members the best experience possible, therefore the number of accepted members may be limited. For more details, please read the Pro Program Terms.


HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO JOIN?

The Kat Von D Beauty Pro Program is free to join!


HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR AN APPLICATION TO BE PROCESSED?

Applications take 2-4 weeks to process. Once your credentials have been reviewed, you’ll receive an email notifying you of your membership status, so keep an eye out for that!


WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF JOINING?

WHERE CAN I USE MY DISCOUNT?

Discount is exclusively for member use, and only eligible on katvondbeauty.com. Your discount will automatically be applied at checkout. For more details, please read the Pro Program Terms.


WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY WELCOME KIT?

Your Welcome Kit will be shipped approximately 10 to 12 weeks after your application is approved. Trust us, it’s worth the wait!


HOW MUCH DO YOU CHARGE FOR SHIPPING?

We offer free domestic and international shipping to all Kat Von D Beauty Pro Program members.


HOW LONG IS MY KAT VON D BEAUTY PRO MEMBERSHIP VALID?

Pro Members enrolled in our program are eligible for 24 months, subject to the Pro Program Terms. Membership may be revoked if terms are violated. Credentials must remain valid throughout your Pro Program Membership period.


HOW DO I RENEW MY MEMBERSHIP?

To renew your membership, please re-apply on katvondbeauty.com/pro-program using the same personal information as your existing account. To be eligible for renewal, your credentials must be currently valid.


HOW DO I CHANGE MY ADDRESS AND CONTACT INFORMATION?

When logged into your account, simply click your name in the upper right-hand corner to access “My Account.” From there, you can update your billing and shipping address, manage payment information and change your email and password.
